Returns and exchange
As Xanadu Designs celebrates individuality and uniqueness. Colours may vary depending on your computer/device screen however much time is spent individually photographing the jewellery to accurately present colours, shapes and tones. 

Due to the nature of the salvaged leather and processes required in creating these fabulous pieces by hand, the jewellery is perfectly imperfect.

There may be markings on the leather and slight differences in size and colour variation on each piece. Irregularities are to be expected and cherished and do not constitute a fault in the item.

No two pieces are the same and should be loved for their personality.

We gladly accept exchanges. 

Earrings must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Contact must be made within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

Xanadu Designs does do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind. 

If there is a problem with the order, please contact me and I will do all I can to remedy the issue.


All items are shipped between one to three days of the order being finalised. If you require express postage, please contact me and I can give you a revised postal quote and ETA.

Postage within Australia is with Regular Parcel Post.

International postage is via standard International tracked mail.

Xanadu Designs is not responsible for items once they are within the postal system however I will do everything I can to track any orders that go missing and resolve any issues.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any international customs and import taxes that may apply.

Delivery times are currently impacted due to covid-19. Domestic orders are taking on average 2 -10 days and International orders can take between 14 – 21 days, sometimes longer depending on the intensity of the affected area. Please check your tracking information for updates on your parcels location and estimated delivery date.
